Hello bookworms.

What are your favourite books?

The greatest favourite is The Dream of a Ridiculous Man. I am fascinated to the point of hallucinating/daydreaming constantly about this short story. I keep placing myself in the main character, almost believing I wrote it in my head and forgotten about it later, for then again to find it again and re-read it and feel extreme melancholy.

The second favourite is Matilda by Roald Dahl. This wonderful child book creates a world for every child that loves books and has sometimes felt lonely and misunderstood. Matilda is a kind and intelligent character who understands the people around her in a way most children do, but cannot express in words.

The third favourite is Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. ‹‹On the outside, a novel of crime, on the inside, a novel of soul life.›› I am in love with this book and I still have not finished it - I am only halfway.
